True teamwork is a sustainable competitive advantage. In our work, we repeatedly encounter leadership teams that do not work together constructively and do not realize their potential as a team. There is a lack of trust and an effective culture of cooperation. Team members pursue their individual issues and objectives are not clearly communicated. This results in isolated perspectives that prevent success and effectiveness.
How do you, as a leader, inspire courage and commitment in your staff? Coaching that successfully brings people together and improves teamwork in the long term is an effective means of successfully aligning teams for the future.
Freudiger Executive Coaching is based on the Stakeholder Centered Coaching method developed by Marshall Goldsmith. This method has received several awards (Thinkers50 Award, Financial Times for Leadership) and is considered the most effective approach to improving leadership behavior worldwide. We complement the approach of the Stakeholder Centered Coaching Method with the approach of our Phoenix Principle for Excellence in Leadership. The Phoenix Model incorporates theoretical and practical knowledge from more than 60 years of leadership research, the personal experiences of Patrick Freudiger and the essence of more than 100 interviews with executives from different industries.
You are courageous and want to develop yourself further? Then give us a call.
To shine as a leader, a high-performing team is essential - whether that team consists of five or five hundred thousand people. Such a team is not created by chance, but requires targeted investment in energy, commitment and perseverance.
As experienced leadership coaches, our main goal is to show you and your team members the best possible path to a high-performance team.
Site Assessment:
First, we clarify your current challenges and goals that you would like to address through team coaching. We introduce our approach to your team in an inspiring keynote presentation and then conduct individual 360-degree leadership assessments. This includes measuring current team performance.
Reflectiveness: The key to success
One of the crucial factors for successful coaching is the ability to self-reflect. Individuals who do not question themselves will have a difficult time improving their leadership skills and benefiting from the insights of the BeBest! approach. Each team member is tested on their ability to self-reflect.
The willingness to change
Another important aspect is the willingness to work on oneself. Leadership is a continuous journey of self-improvement and learning. Are you and your team members open to change and willing to put in the necessary work?
In a two-day offsite workshop, we first deal with the individual challenges of the individual team members. We then analyze values and behaviors in the team and determine the topics we will work on together in the future. These topics are based on the results of the assessments and a thorough evaluation of your behaviors and habits. An initial assessment shows where the greatest development potential lies and where we can start with the help of BeBest! to help you help yourself.
The journey to leadership excellence with the help of the BeBest! concept is an iterative process. In this process, the involvement of stakeholders (employees, colleagues at the same management level, superiors) plays a central role. In order to grow effectively as a leadership team, the stakeholders of the individual team members are involved in the coaching process. After all, they must ultimately feel your optimized leadership behavior in their daily lives. Disciplined persistence over several months guarantees excellent results. In our monthly workshops, we promote the exchange of experiences and cooperation between the individual team members. This creates a productive and harmonious working environment in which ideas and best practices can be exchanged.
Team coaching is concluded with a discussion of strategies for long-term sustainability. In this process, the individual team members are trained in the application of the coaching methodology, with the aim that they themselves are able to successfully coach their co-workers. This step is aimed at consolidating the skills and insights acquired and permanently integrating them into the team's way of working. We strongly believe in our work and pride ourselves on making it measurable. In our twelve-month BeBest! Team Coaching program, we are happy to work on a success-based fee basis to remove any risk from your shoulders.
