I've read quite a few leadership books, but "The Phoenix Principle" provided me with fresh inspiration to reflect on myself and my team. It's an excellent guide for systematically considering one's own values, beliefs, and habits, as well as those of others. The book examines the key roles of a leader (communicator, facilitator, supporter, visionary, and change agent), enabling everyone to reflect on and define their own authentic leadership style. I highly recommend this book.

Absolutely recommended

One of the few books that gets straight to the point on the topic of leadership. Similarly, the book "Hero's Journey of a Leader" vividly illustrates how much still needs to be done at the leadership level. Certainly, expertise is an important factor, yet even highly skilled professionals fail in leadership roles, because it is a service to people and of great importance for both personal and professional success. Of course, simply reading this book isn't enough; it also needs to be put into practice. As the saying goes, "Doing is like wanting, only more intense!" Thank you for this inspiring book, and I look forward to reading another one.
