The Being Profile® is an ontological assessment. It makes visible how you tend to be “in play” across core aspects of being – e.g., Awareness, Integrity, Effectiveness, underlying moods, and ways of being such as Authenticity, Responsibility, Commitment, Presence, and more.
The focus is the level from which behaviour arises. This creates a highly precise development lever: Being → Behaviour → Results.
What it is not
- Not a personality test and not a type label (“you are type X…”).
- Not a moral judgement (“right/wrong”).
- Not a substitute for selection diagnostics

Setup & goal definition (15 minutes)

Online questionnaire (60–90 minutes)
You complete the questionnaire in peace – ideally without interruptions.
Debrief session (120 minutes)
We interpret the results in a structured way, identify patterns, costs/impact, and prioritise 1–3 development levers.
Transfer (optional, recommended)
We translate insights into micro-behaviours, routines, and measurable steps – as a separate session or integrated into coaching.
The debrief is a structured reflection conversation: precise, judgement-free, and oriented towards implementation.
Option A: Being Profile® as a stand-alone service

Option B: Being Profile® integrated into leadership coaching
Ideal if you are already in coaching or plan to start. The Being Profile® becomes a shared reference frame to accelerate development and make progress measurable.

How confidential is this?
Completely. Everything from the Being Profile® is handled with the same confidentiality as any coaching process.
How long does it take?
60–90 minutes for the questionnaire plus 120 minutes for the debrief. Optional: a transfer session or integration into coaching.
Is it a judgement of my personality?
No. The goal is awareness and effectiveness – not labels. You gain clarity and language for development.
Can it be used for teams?
Yes. For example, individual profiles plus a team reflection (leadership team). We clarify this in the intro call.
What happens after the debrief?
You receive prioritised levers and concrete next steps. If you wish, we integrate these into an ongoing coaching process.
