It grows from inner clarity, deliberate self-leadership, and personal integrity.
In demanding roles, impact is shaped not only by expertise, but by the ability to think with structure, act with clarity, and remain humanly present—even under intense pressure and expectations. That is exactly where my work begins.
My professional path has taken me through positions of responsibility in complex organisations: as a quality manager with a broad remit (including HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Communications and Executive Office), as an auditor, project lead and contract manager, and as an executive assistant supporting the preparation of strategic decisions.
I know organisational responsibility from line, project and staff functions. This experience sharpens my perspective on governance structures, decision-making logic and demanding leadership situations—as well as the tension between high expectations, responsibility and human reality.
Today, I support leaders in building inner stability and deliberately strengthening their impact.

I am a certified coach with a focus on motivation and personality diagnostics. As a Reiss Motivation Profile Master and Licensed Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I work with depth, precision and nuance.
These tools are not about labelling people; they enable precise reflection on individual motives and values. Those who understand their inner drivers gain clarity about decision patterns and responses—and lead with greater consistency, credibility and composure.

Executive coaching and organisational dynamics

At the heart of my work is the development of leaders. I support leadership assessments, individual development journeys and demanding mandates at executive level.
I also work with teams during phases of high intensity or transformation. A particular focus lies on co-leadership structures, where shared responsibility requires clarity, role awareness and mutual trust.
In conflict situations, I create a framework for clarity and sustainable solutions. I also support HR leaders with appointments, onboarding and sensitive people situations—strengthening leadership effectiveness and personal stability over time.
